Tasting Notes
Aromatic fruit notes of guava, feijoa, melon, pineapple, and lime lift out of the glass with real mineral character. The palate is medium-bodied and refreshing with a bright acidic spine. The finish is clean and citrus-driven.
Food Pairing
A natural for sea bass with avocado salsa, grilled chicken with charred pineapple, or summer pasta with zucchini and ricotta. Also fine at a kiddush spread or as an aperitif.
