Rollover To Zoom
One of America's first and most celebrated single malts — 100% malted barley distilled in Denver and aged in new charred American oak. A uniquely American take on a Scottish form.
Mood: Malty, mountain, distinctive.
Sommelier’s note
“An American single malt with Colorado snowmelt and Rocky Mountain attitude.”
Tasting notes
Caramel, malted cereal, ripe banana, and a touch of oak char. Sweet malt, vanilla, dried apricot, and warm baking spice. Medium-long with toasted oak and a faint smoke.
Pairing
Wonderful with smoked salmon canapés or a square of milk chocolate.
