Tasting notes
Aromas of yellow apple, citrus zest and toasted oak. The palate is full-bodied with stone fruit, vanilla and a creamy mid-palate. A long, mineral-driven finish with French-oak signature.

Pairs with cream-sauced pasta, roast chicken, baked salmon, and aged cheese.
