From Gush Etzion Winery, perched in the Judean Hills at over 900 meters, this dry Rose takes its name from the lone oak that once stood watch over the Etzion Bloc. Cool-climate altitude, chalky soil, and a Mediterranean sun give the wine its lift.

Tasting Notes
A bouquet of wild strawberries, raspberry, and pink grapefruit, with a hint of fresh basil. Light to medium-bodied and very crisp, with tart raspberry, cherry, and strawberry over earthy minerals and a touch of lime. Vibrant acidity carries the finish, with an intriguing saline bitterness that lingers.
Food Pairing
Pour chilled for Shabbos lunch, summer kiddush, and mezze platters — labneh, olives, grilled fish, schnitzel salad. Holds its own against herbed chicken and lighter Sefardi sides.
