Tasting notes
Ripe cherry, blackberry, stewed plum, baking spice, and dark chocolate. Full-bodied with rich dark fruit, baking spice, and earthy depth. Long and warming, with violet and chocolate holding.
Food pairing
Slow-braised short ribs, lamb tagine, aged cheeses on a dairy night, and Yom Tov tables that want something different.
