Tasting notes
Aromas of ripe black cherry, plum, and a soft note of dried herbs open the glass. The palate is smooth and medium-bodied, with red-fruit sweetness, gentle spice, and soft tannins that make it easy to drink deep into the meal. The finish is clean, warm, and short, with a wisp of vanilla oak keeping it inviting.
Food pairing
A natural fit for cholent, roast chicken, grilled meats, pulled brisket, and Sephardic rice dishes. Also comfortable with a lighter dairy pasta bake.
