Rollover To Zoom
Twin Suns Reserve Rose is a dry Lodi, California pink built around the Grenache grape by the Weiss brothers. Neutral-barrel fermented for a soft, rounded texture, then bottled with the crispness the varietal is known for.
Mood: Bright, floral, breezy.
Tasting Notes
The nose opens on fresh-cut flowers, citrus zest, and ripe strawberry. The palate is soft-textured from the neutral-barrel fermentation, with sweet strawberry and grapefruit playing against a dry, crisp core. The finish is smooth, mineral, and pleasantly refreshing.
Food Pairing
A natural for warm-weather Shabbos: chilled and poured with grilled chicken, salmon, cold cuts, sushi, or a mezze spread. Serve well-chilled.
