Rollover To Zoom
Baglietti Brut is the kosher Prosecco from Baglietti's partnership with Italian producer CEDEV, dressed in the now-iconic cut-glass bottle from Veneto. Bone-dry, low alcohol at 11%, mevushal, and certified by the Badatz Edah HaChareidis.
Mood: Crisp, lifted, celebratory.
Sommelier's Note
The Friday-night sparkling that does not need an occasion. The cut-glass bottle is a centerpiece on its own — pop it for a Shabbos kiddush or a Tuesday-night toast.
Tasting Notes
A lifted nose of green apple, ripe pear, and freshly baked brioche. The palate is dry and finely beaded with citrus, white peach, and a clean mineral spine. The finish is crisp and short with a hint of toasted bread.
Food Pairing
Pour for kiddush, with fried fish, sushi, or any first course that wants a clean lift. Serve at 8–10°C.
