Tasting notes
Cassis, graphite, sweet pipe tobacco, and toasted French oak. Medium-to-full bodied with rich black fruit, supple tannins, and a layered cedar-and-spice mid-palate. Long and velvet, ending on warm vanilla and cocoa.
Food pairing
Standing rib roast, lamb shoulder, aged hard cheeses, and Pesach seder.
