Rollover To Zoom
Bat Shlomo's flagship — a Cabernet-dominant Bordeaux blend aged twenty months in new French oak, named for the family matriarch. From the historic Baron Rothschild village on Mount Carmel.
Mood: Estate, Polished, Patient
Tasting notes
Cassis, ripe blackberry, cedar, sweet vanilla, and a hint of dark chocolate. Full-bodied with firm, fine-grained tannin, layered dark fruit, and prominent oak spice. Long and structured, with cassis and cedar holding through.
Food pairing
Standing rib roast, lamb shoulder, slow-braised short ribs, and Yom Tov tables that want a serious red.
