Tasting notes
Rich nose of blackberry, ripe plum, and black cherry over an earthy floor of forest and clove. Full and layered on the palate — sweet oak, tar, and bright acid framing powerful, well-integrated tannin. Long, caressing finish that hints at another decade of cellar potential.
Food pairing
Pairs with dry-aged ribeye, lamb shoulder, and slow-cooked short rib. Holds up to a Shabbos-night cholent and rewards a 30-minute decant.
