Rollover To Zoom
Single-vineyard Cabernet from Carmel's Admon block in the cool, high Upper Galilee — Terra Rossa soils, altitude, fifteen months in French oak. Non-mevushal, kosher for Passover, OU certified. The Signature-tier bottle for the table that wants vineyard-level expression, not a blended workhorse.

Tasting Notes
Ripe red fruit, dark plum, tobacco, mint, a touch of black currant and cedar. Full-bodied with concentrated black fruit, fine-grained tannins, and tobacco-and-mint complexity over a Terra-Rossa mineral spine. Long, well-balanced, and persistent with cedar and dark berry.
Food Pairing
Lamb shank, ribeye, brisket, mushroom-forward dishes, sharp aged cheeses, or any flavorful grilled meat course.
Dark plum, French oak, mountain air.
