Chateau Minuty's flagship cuvee, M de Minuty, comes from a Saint-Tropez family estate that has helped define modern Provencal rose for three generations. This is the first kosher run, made in partnership with the producer in the iconic Minuty bottle.

Tasting notes
A pale, luminous pink. The nose mixes red berry, pink grapefruit and a hint of white peach. The palate is silky, dry and saline with vibrant acidity and a lingering citrus finish.
Food pairing
Built for summer entertaining: grilled branzino, salade nicoise, tuna tartare, charred vegetables, sushi, or simply a chilled bottle on the porch.
