Rollover To Zoom
A rare kosher cuvee from one of Burgundy's most storied domaines — nine generations of de Montille, organic since 1995, biodynamic since 2005. Sourced from lieu-dit Les Longbois in Volnay and parcels in Puligny-Montrachet, this regional Bourgogne carries the soul of a much grander wine.
Mood: Refined, lifted, elegant.
Tasting notes
Bright cherry, wild strawberry, a whisper of rose petal and forest floor. Vibrant red fruit on a silken frame, delicate floral notes, fine-grained tannins. Long, mineral, gently savory, with a tug of earth.
Food pairing
Roast chicken with herbs for Shabbos dinner, a Friday night duck breast, charcuterie boards, or simply on its own across a long meal.
