Our sommelier says
Deep purple. The nose is classic Cabernet - ripe blackcurrant and dark berry, a soft vanilla signature from eighteen months in barrel. The Kerem Ben Zimra fruit at high Galilee elevation keeps the acidity composed even at full ripeness. Full-bodied with rounded tannin softened by the mevushal heating without losing definition. French-trained Lichtenstein's hand is in the elegance of the mid-palate. Long, fruit-driven finish under integrated oak.
