Tasting notes
Red cherry, dried violet, cedar shavings, hint of sweet tobacco. Light-to-medium body, ripe red fruit, smooth tannins, and a soft cedar thread through the middle. Medium length with a clean savory edge.

Roast chicken, mushroom kugel, grilled veal chops, and aged Manchego.
