Rollover To Zoom
Shiloh Winery sits in the heart of the Judean Hills, on biblical land that's grown wine grapes for thousands of years. The Secret Reserve Cabernet is the winery's flagship: deeply concentrated, oak-aged, and built to age. This is the non-mevushal bottling.
Mood: deep, concentrated, age-worthy.
Our sommelier says
"One of the most consistent flagship Cabs in Israeli kosher wine. The non-mevushal version brings extra layers of complexity — worth the splurge for serious meals."
Tasting notes
Deep purple-ruby. Concentrated aromas of blackberry, cassis, cigar box, and dark chocolate. The palate is full-bodied with ripe black fruit, polished tannins, and well-integrated French oak. Long finish on dark spice and graphite.
Food pairing
Dry-aged steak, slow-braised short ribs, lamb chops, aged hard cheeses, yom tov roasts. Decant before serving.
