Tasting Notes
Bright citrus opens the nose with California bay, cardamom, and a floral hibiscus lift. The palate is complex and layered, with earthy umami from reishi and lion's mane mushrooms grounding juniper, cacao, and warm ginger. The finish is long and rounded, gentle spice and dry botanicals lingering.
Food Pairing
A statement Negroni, an Amass G&T with grapefruit peel, or a Martinez cocktail. Also excellent neat with a citrus twist, or served alongside a mezze platter with olives, artichokes, and hummus.
