Alfasi Odem Mountain
Odem Mountain Alfasi Limited carries a complex character and silky smooth texture. Produced to perfection in the Galilee. The Mount Odem (Har Odem) Winery is the northern-most winery in Israel. It was founded in 2003 in Odem Mountain at 1100 meters. Adam and Yishay Alfasi are now the winemakers, having learned from their parents, with the famous Dr. Arkadi Papikian as a consultant. They take grapes from the northern Golan and Galilee. They were named the Best boutique winery in Israel for 2015 by Terravino.
