Rollover To Zoom
A Second Growth from Saint-Julien produced in a kosher cuvee — the same Leoville Poyferre estate, the same Cabernet-dominant blend, fermented and aged under OU supervision. This is one of the most serious kosher Bordeaux on the market.
Mood: Cedar, cassis, gravitas.
Tasting notes
Cassis, cigar box, graphite, and a thread of violet. Full-bodied with fine-grained tannins, layered black fruit, and a dark mineral spine. Long, structured, and savory; finishes on cedar and dark chocolate.
Food pairing
Dry-aged ribeye, Pesach lamb crown, brisket with reduction, aged hard cheeses.
