Cincoro Anejo Tequila
Our process is unique. Cincoro Tequilas are made with 100% Weber blue agave from both the highland and lowland regions of Jalisco, Mexico. We cook, ferment, and distill a highland and lowland tequila separately in small batches before artfully blending them together to create Cincoro's signature taste profile. Reflective of the terroir, Cincoro tequilas are smooth on the palate with great flavor complexity and a long, delicious finish.
The Cincoro Anejo Tequila is aged 24-28 months. The aroma is light cooked agave, maple, dried fruits, and baking spices. The taste hints of cooked agave, maple, orange rind, butterscotch, and dark chocolate. The finish is complex, evolving over time. Cooked agave, vanilla.
