This wine Produced by the Dalton Winery in the Galilee region, which is the most northern and generally considered best appellation in Israel. This wine is a blend of 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, and 9% Cabernet Franc. It is aged for 18 months in large French oak barrels, creating a full-bodied and buttery wine with a well-rounded finish. it is a state of mind and an inspired spirit, offering experiences greater than the sum of their parts.
