Domaine Du Castel Rose Kosher Wine - (750ml)

Eli Zaken, the winemaker used premium grape varietals. This rose is composed of 60% Merlot-20% Malbec-20% Cabernet Franc. Domaine du Castel is situated in Yad Hashmona, West of Jerusalem, at an altitude of 700 meters. The vineyards are planted at high density and produce small yields.

This wine is the result of an early handpicked harvest. The must be fermented at a low temperature and kept on fine lees to preserve fruitiness. Rejuvenating and refreshing. It is crisp and tart with red fruit on the finish.
