Five Stones Nobility 215a

The Five Stones Nobility 215a white wine is made in the Bordeaux style.  This wine has aromas of green pear, starched sheets and petrol. Flavors of honeydew melon, rose petal, green apple and toffee never quite meld on the palate before dropping off into a finish marked with a splash of lemon. The name 215a was added to the Nobility label in memory of Sergeant Maj. Yitzhak Tamir, brother of winegrower Shmuel Tamir, who was killed in the Yom Kippur War (1973) in Sinai. 215a was Yitzhak's radio code when he served as commander of a unit that rescued and saved many injured soldiers in the battlefield.
