This wine is produced from a blend of Bordeaux style varieties. The grapes were grown in our vineyard on the Golan Heights, in the cold climate and high altitudes that are unique to the region, and one vineyard in the upper Galilee. The fermenting wine was pressed relatively early, resulting in opulent fruit.
