Hagafen Napa Valley Brut Cuvee Sparkling

The Hagefen Brut Cuvee is a wine of tremendous complexity and length is made from two esteemed and venerated Yountville vineyards: 78% Pinot Noir from California Soleil and 22% Chardonnay from Two Rivers. It has an amazing rose looking color, called a brut Cuvee. The aroma is super rose petals, like rosewater and there are fruity florals as well. It is great on the mouth with an acidic punch and fruity yumminess. The finish is long and satisfying, an excellent new World Sparkling Wine.
