Rollover To Zoom
A semi-dry Israeli rose from Jerusalem Wineries — the only winery operating inside Israel's capital. Light, fruity, Mevushal, certified l'mehadrin for Passover and year-round.
Mood: Pink, easy, summer-light.
Our sommelier says
The rose for Shabbos lunch in July when the table needs something cold and friendly.
Tasting notes
Strawberry, raspberry, citrus blossom. Medium-bodied, semi-dry, with red berry fruit, soft acidity, and a lifted floral note. Clean and just barely sweet.
Food pairing
Salad course, salmon, grilled vegetables, fruit-forward kugel.
