Midbar Southern White 2014
The Midbar Winery Southern White is a blend of 60% Chardonnay, 20% Viognier and 20% Chenin Blanc. grown in the Negev Desert in Israel. The wine displays a fine chalky minerality with subtle orchard-ripe tropical fruit flavors. Medium-bodied with a finely-honed acidity, the Southern White also has a wonderfully complex texture to complement its racy structure.
