Mony Vineyard Sunny Hills Colombard

The Colombard grapes for this elegant white wine were harvested during the second week of August 2011. In the winery, they were crushed and cold fermented at 12c in stainless steel tanks. Pale straw in color, this Colombard has a nose of fresh aromatic fruit reminiscent of cut grass, lime, and guava. On the palate, the rich fruit is balanced with a firm acid backbone and a cleansing, refreshing finish.
