This wine is a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Cabernet Franc with no added sulfites. Once extracted this wine undergoes a slow cold fermentation process and is aged in French Oak for 14 months Medium to full-bodied wine with a dark garnet color. Fragrance and tasting notes of black fruit.
