This wine is a single varietal, made of Cabernet Franc grapes, harvested in the Judean Hills. The fruit and oak are nicely integrated in this balanced wine exhibiting aromas of blackberries and some sour cherries. This is a full-bodied wine with medium acid and light tannins. Look for a long finish with hints of spice and an earthy undertone.
