The traditional Moravian plum brandy — triple distilled from well-matured plums by Jelinek, certified Kosher for Passover. A slivovitz built on the same recipe Rudolf Jelinek has run since 1934.

Tasting notes

Ripe plum, bitter almond, a curl of orchard wood. Full-bodied with concentrated plum, faint almond, and a clean spirit lift. Long and warming with a dry stone-fruit close.

Neat after a heavy meal; alongside dark chocolate or honey cake; the seder l'chaim.
