This Shamay Rousanne is a dry and elegant white wine made from select Rousanne grapes grown in Mount Meron in the Upper Galilee on Terra Rossa soil. The color is light yellow with a greenish tinge, the aroma of citrus, apricots and white flowers. It is recommended to serve chilled.
