Shiloh Mosaic

Mosaic is Shiloh's flagship. This wine is a blend of 42% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 12% Petit Verdict and 26% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for a period of 18-months in French barrels. The wine has an opaque and dark purple color. It has intense fruit aromas, along with blackberry, roasted coffee beans, and cacao bouquet. This is complemented with a complex and varied flavor: black fruit, blueberry, and raspberry. It has a multilayered body, and is rich in tannins. It's finish is elegant and prolonged.
