The Shiloh Shor series comprises single varietal red wines with the Shor Barbera offering aromas of red fruit, chocolate and coffee. Red fruit on the palate with notes of cherry, plum and raspberry, followed by coffee, chocolate and a hint of smokiness and charred wood follow through the long finish of this rich, juicy wine. round out this luscious full-bodied wine. The Shiloh Shor Barbera was aged in French and American oak barrels for 15 months adding to its complexity and contributing to the smooth tannins. The wine is ready for immediate enjoyment and also has the capacity for ageing after bottling.
