Weinstock Cellar Select Cabernet is harvested later in the season than usual and consequently has an incredible level of richness. It displays wonderful black cherry, blackberry and tobacco aromas which is perfectly aligned with a balanced oak bouquet and flavor. This wine was aged in both new and one-year-old American and French barrels for nearly 18 months. Weinstock Cellar Select is the perfect food wine with its soft mouthfeel and nice, rich, soft tannin.
