Wyoming Outryder Straight American Whisky- Outryder marks the distillery's first usage of rye grain, as their bourbon is made with wheat. It's a straight American whiskey made from two mash bills, one 48% rye and 40% corn, the other 20% rye, and 68% corn, both with 12% malted barley. The whiskeys were distilled in November 2011, made from all Wyoming grains, and aged in full-sized 53-gallon barrels. Bottled in bond at 100 proof.
