Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon was produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the Golan Heights. The cool climate, rocky volcanic soil, and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing classic wine grape variety. Aging in French oak barrels for Eighteen months Yields a concentrated wine of impressive complexity with layers of berry, blackcurrant, chocolate, and oak. This bottle should be age gracefully over the next decade and longer if stored on its side in a cool, dark place. Best served at 65-70 degrees F.
