Rollover To Zoom
1848 Generations Dry Red is a Cabernet-Merlot blend from Israel's oldest premium winery — 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, mevushal, historically-rooted for the Shabbos table.
Mood: Historic. Ripe. Reliable.
Tasting notes
Vivid red fruit, ripe plum and a whisper of vanilla on the nose. Palate is medium-full with balanced tannin and juicy dark fruit. Finish is smooth with soft oak.
Food pairing
A natural pour for brisket, roast chicken, meatballs, or a Shabbos-lunch cholent. Also friendly with a burger midweek.
