Tasting Notes
The nose opens on hints of key lime, lemon, and green apple with a lifted floral edge. The palate is medium-dry with a lovely acidic balance and a whisper of stone fruit. The finish is clean, refreshing, and citrus-driven.

A natural for Thai green curry, Chinese takeout, sushi, or a spicy chicken schnitzel. Also fine with roasted turkey, a fruit-forward salad, and warm-weather kiddush pours.
