Rollover To Zoom
Cave de Ribeauville is one of the oldest wine cooperatives in France, working the granite and limestone slopes around the medieval village of Ribeauville in Alsace. The Giersberger Cremant is their traditional-method sparkler under KLBD supervision, a proper French bubbly for the kosher table.
Mood: Crisp, floral, refined.
Tasting notes
Green apple, white pear, and a gentle brioche lift. Fine, persistent bead with orchard fruit and a chalky mineral core. Dry, crisp, and lightly toasty on the close.
Food pairing
Pop for a Kiddush l'chaim, a Yom Tov fish course, or a Purim seudah opener.
