Rollover To Zoom
Redemption Bourbon is a high-rye straight bourbon in the pre-Prohibition style — more spice than most Kentucky bourbons, more restraint than a full rye. Aged in new charred oak, it lands somewhere between an Old Fashioned and a neat pour.
Mood: smooth, spicy, balanced.
SOMMELIER SAYS
“Redemption Bourbon is what you reach for when you want the sweetness of corn but with a proper rye backbone — vanilla, orange, and cinnamon in equal measure.”
Tasting Notes
Aromas of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak lead, with cinnamon and dried orange peel behind them. The palate is smooth and balanced — honey, brown sugar, baking spice, and a touch of leather — before a medium finish that goes clean with a whisper of cocoa and clove.
Serving & Pairing
A workhorse in an Old Fashioned or a Boulevardier; equally happy neat or over one large ice cube. Pairs with brisket, kugel, aged cheese, dark chocolate, or a smoked-fish spread at a kiddush.
