Tasting notes
Tar rope, lemon peel, espresso, brine, a quick flash of vanilla custard. Black pepper, charred pineapple, smoked sea salt, dark chocolate, kippers over a beach fire. Enormous and lingering—creosote, lime cordial, and a coal-smoke warmth that refuses to fade.
