Rollover To Zoom
A classic Israeli grape brandy distilled from local wines and aged three years in oak. Golden amber, soft on the tongue, and built for the quiet end of a long Yom Tov meal.
Mood: Warm, amber, unhurried.
Our sommelier says
Pour a finger after cholent on a slow Shabbos afternoon — nobody is rushing anywhere.
Tasting notes
Dried fig, raisin, vanilla oak, a thread of orange peel. Medium-bodied, mellow, with stone fruit, toffee, and gentle wood spice. Smooth and lingering, with a soft caramel fade.
Food pairing
Neat in a snifter; with babka, dark chocolate, dried fruit, or after a heavy meat course.
