Tasting Notes
Bright juniper, fresh lemon and orange peel, soft coriander, hint of angelica root. Crisp and clean with a backbone of juniper, citrus-forward through the middle, a touch of warm spice. Dry, bracing, and refreshingly bitter, fading on lingering citrus oil.
