Serve well chilled. The low alcohol and soft fizz make it the bottle you open when half the table wants something sweet and the other half wants something light.
Tasting notes
Aromas of peach, apricot, orange blossom and honey lift out of the glass. The palate is sweet and lightly sparkling, with ripe tropical fruit and a gentle creaminess. A clean, fresh finish that stays balanced rather than cloying.
Food pairing
Pours beautifully alongside fruit, dry cakes, biscotti and sweet kiddush spreads, or with mildly spicy Sephardic mezze where a touch of sweetness cools the heat.
