Tasting Notes
Black currant, dark cherry, cedar, graphite, and a wisp of cigar box. Medium-to-full bodied with rich dark fruit, firm Cabernet tannins, subtle oak, and the gravelly mineral lift the Médoc is known for. Long and refined with dark fruit, soft tannins, and an elegant savory edge.
Food Pairing
Rib roast, grilled ribeye, lamb shoulder, hearty cholent, aged cheeses, or any meal that wants a proper Bordeaux red.
