Rollover To Zoom
A small-batch Hudson Valley bourbon from Coppersea Distilling in New Paltz, NY — one of a handful of American distilleries still floor-malting their own grain and direct-firing a copper still. 100% New York grain (corn, rye, malted barley), aged in NY-coopered Hudson Valley oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Toasted oak and warm toffee lead, with light citrus zest, dried apricot, and a gentle wheat-grain sweetness. Soft on the palate, grain-forward, finishing clean with a whisper of malt.
Pairing / Service
Neat, on a single large rock, or in a classic Old Fashioned. Pairs with smoked brisket, dark chocolate, or a quiet evening.
