Tasting notes
Cassis, dark cherry, fine French oak, espresso, dried violet. Full-bodied with concentrated black fruit, polished firm tannins, and a layered cocoa-and-cedar mid-palate. Very long and refined; finishes on dark chocolate, graphite, and savory spice.

Standing rib roast, dry-aged steak, Pesach lamb crown, aged hard cheeses.
