Hana Fuji Apple is a light, slightly sweet flavored sake from Yaegaki, the venerable Hyogo brewer behind much of America's premium sake supply. Junmai sake base infused with natural Fuji-apple flavor — served chilled over ice it tastes like fresh orchard apple with a clean rice-wine spine.

Tasting notes
Fresh Fuji apple, white blossom, a faint hint of pear and steamed rice. Light-bodied, off-dry, juicy apple fruit with a clean sake backbone and gentle sweetness. Short, crisp, refreshing — no heat, no bitterness.
Pairing
Sushi, sashimi, teriyaki chicken, spicy tuna, fruit and cheese, or simply over ice as an aperitif.
